About Benjamin Chotzen

Benjamin Chotzen

Benjamin Chotzen is a Seattle area real estate agent specializing in residential and commercial real estate and interested most in helping his clients' dreams come true.

Benjamin was born in the Pacific NW and lived in the Madrona neighborhood in Seattle and the Chism Park/Enatai neighborhood in Bellevue until he was 11 years old. In 1974, Benjamin moved with his family to Hawaii. Benjamin returned to the area he always considered home in 1982 to attend The Evergreen State College and graduated in 1986. Benjamin became a licensed realtor in Seattle in 1985 and achieved associate broker status in 1990. In 1986, Benjamin began listing and selling homes, condominiums, vacant land and small apartment buildings with The Landmark Group.

Benjamin has been a top producer since the early 1990's, and he has been in the top 1% of real estate producers for all realtors in King County since 1996. Benjamin was Gerrard Beattie & Knapp's top producing real estate broker in 2013 and 2016.

Celebrating over 30 years in business, Gerrard Beattie and Knapp, LLC. is one of the largest independently owned real estate companies in Seattle. Their success is based on a long term perspective of seller and buyer advocacy, always working in the client's best interest.

Having lived and worked in the Seattle and Eastside areas for so many years gives Benjamin insight into each neighborhood's unique characteristics. Benjamin is experienced, hard working, patient, ethical, creative, and he has a positive outlook, a necessary attribute in the real estate business! He has assisted hundreds of buyers and sellers with their transactions, and he knows that satisfied clients generate referrals, and future business.

There is no one we'd have rather worked with — especially with tight timing and a competitive bidding situation. He was fantastic...
